Sydney House is a 57 unit mixed income affordable Coop project developed in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity New York. The project was designed with market rate standards and through value engineering with the project team and delivered under $290/SF. Units range from junior one bedrooms for the young single buyer to large three bedroom units for larger families. The project also contains twenty six (26) parking spaces as well as bicycle storage for most residents. Additionally, the project contains gardens at the front and rear, a community room and children’s play area and laundry and storage facilities in the cellar.
