Claremont House, Bronx

Claremont House is an affordable homeownership project in its pre-construction phase. The project is located in central Bronx The project is presently conceived to have approximately sixty (60) units comprising of mixed income family units of three, two, one bedroom and couple studio units for homeownership. Additionally, the building will site across the street from a beautiful park and have Juliet balcony facing the park. Due to our lessons from the Covid Pandemic, all units will have either exposure to fresh air or an exterior terrace for their use. The building will also have a rear landscaped garden, gym and common roof terrace for use by all owners. Almat Urban is developing the project jointly with our development partners Camber Property Group, Habitat for Humanity for NYC , the project is scheduled to be completed by 3Q2024.
